Orders shipping:
All items will be sent with POSTNL from The Netherlands
We are not responsible for local taxes and Customs duties. This is added by your governing body once your shipment reaches its destination. Please see your local authorities for more information. Please do not request that we falsify your invoices.
Defective or warranted items must be returned prepaid at your cost. This means the shipping costs of the items being returned to Offshore Electrics must be paid by the customer. Upon inspection, we will repair/exchange the item and pay for the return shipping costs of the item back to the customer.
To estimate your shipping costs, add all the items to the shopping cart, than click the "check out" button and follow the instructions.
Shipping costs are based on the total package weight and size. We do our best to have the website estimate the correct shipping cost. We reserve the right to change the shipping method to best fit the shipping costs paid.
Methods of Payment.
- We accept Venmo, Paypal, or bank transfer after e-mail contact.
Our secure shopping cart will only send us the billing and shipping address.
- TPPOWER-Europe, stores no credit card information. We use PayPal as processor, so you have the strength of these companies, protecting your private information.

Returns
TPPOWER Europe. has set the following guidelines for Returns.
Any custom-made items, custom orders or custom parts are not returnable at all.
Any shipping costs on defective or warranted items must be returned with all shipping costs prepaid at your cost. This includes the shipping costs of the items being returned to us and the items being shipped back to you as replacements.
Canceled Orders
If an order has not been packaged/shipped and the order needs to be canceled, the credit card or PayPal transaction fees are not refunded. This can be up to 5%, this is to cover the our costs associated with the credit card transactions.
